Luz García-Longoria Batanete

I work as a Research employee at Lund University and Extremadura University. I have been working with host-parasite interactions, host behaviour and host fitness. Nowadays, my interests remain in the evolution of these blood parasites, specifically, in infection and disease susceptibility and response. My goals are (1) to detect the dynamics infections of several linages of avian malaria parasites and (2) to detect the transcriptome expression of two specific blood parasites.
