Initiation in the field of malaria parasites at the Zoology Department of the University of Extremadura with the study called “Malaria infection in birds from Extremadura”.

Centre European du gout in Dijon (France), under the supervision of the PhD Frédérique Datiche. Studied issues: the role of pheromones innewborn mammals. The aim of this study was to find a protocol in order to determine the behaviour of the animal depending on the amount of pheromone. Different techniques were used:

• Brain extraction and fixation

• CryostatImmunocythochemistry

• Microscopy identification of the samples
